Multicook USA collects the details needed to run local storefront orders: contact information, delivery or pickup details, payment status, order history, and newsletter preferences.

We use this information to prepare orders, send transactional messages, support customer requests, and share local store updates when customers opt in.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Multicook USA does not store full card numbers in the storefront application.

Optional marketing analytics uses Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API events. These are not loaded or sent when Global Privacy Control is enabled or marketing analytics consent is denied by the storefront consent control.

To request a correction or deletion of your account information, contact your local store or use the phone number listed on the storefront.
